November 1, 2000 Bay State Gas/Northern Utilities Companies implemented new
tariffs that were collaboratively developed with Suppliers, other Local
Distribution Companies, Regulators and Customer groups. These tariffs are quite
a bit different than those Bay State/Northern Utilities previously had in
effect allowing expanded non-daily metered transportation service and requiring
mandatory assignment of upstream pipeline capacity. Suppliers can access a copy
of these terms and conditions by selecting the "Tariffs" button. Other
information specific to Bay State Gas/Northern Utilities is also available by
using the dropdown menus on the left.
